Counter-Notices
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.

- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content as permitted by law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Unscroll may terminate or restrict accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or who repeatedly receive valid copyright complaints, when appropriate and in our discretion.
Misrepresentations
The DMCA may impose liability for knowingly making material misrepresentations that content is infringing or that content was removed by mistake or misidentification. Do not submit false notices or counter-notices.
